Targeted surface molecular structure analysis of solid samples in the range of 400-4000 cm-1 using point (Ge ATR measurement, MCT detector) and simultaneous surface (FPA) techniques, enabling molecular mapping of the surface under investigation in both reflection and transmission measurement modes. Optical magnifications: 10x, 15x, 30x.
