is looking for a new colleague to its Manufacturing Plant located in Zalaegerszeg
for the position of:
Process Engineer (fixed term)
Main activities
- Implement adaptation on the processes and manufacturing work station for existing/new products by improving the industrial performance, in manual process, automatic process & PLC (Programmable Logic Control)
- Involved in the specifications and quotation of new line architectures and industrial scenarios in order to meet Safety/Quality/Lead Times and productivity requirements.
- Represent Manufacturing engineering function within the manufacturing meetings
- Manage the capacities adaptation with the dedicated tools
- Write operator work instructions for training
- Contribute to the development of new products (manufacturability, feasibility)
- Study the feasibility & profitability of investments adapted to the needs.
- Qualifies means and processes, in plant but also at suppliers location.
- Pilots new productions ramp-up
- Enforce safety & health rules & 5S
- Define predictive maintenance, preventive, corrective complex operations (level 3, 4 & 5) requiring the use of a wide field of expertise
- Decide, prioritise & implement with manufacturing the maintenance actions plan in order to maintain machines original state
- Manage the TPM on the whole process to increase the reliability and availability of workstations, production lines
- Manage & optimise maintenance costs including spare parts inventory
- Organize the intervention of his team in the implementation and ramp up of new workstations or production line
- Has relevant engineer degree preferred maintenance or process engineer
- Is fluent in English language and has high level MS office skills
- Also has excellent cooperation and organizing skills, is trustworthy, accurate and committed to quality
- Has ability to convince and influence, is open, flexible and has a creative personality

Method Engineer
Expert specialized in a specific high-tech area of knowledge for industrialization/manufacturing (Lean Manufacturing, simulation tools, cost analysis, etc...) in a site.
Main activities
- Implement adaptation on the processes and manufacturing work station for existing products by improving the industrial performance, in manual process, automatic process & PLC (Programmable Logic Control) using Schneider Production System (SPS) techniques and tools.
- Involved in the specifications and quotation of new line architectures and industrial scenarios in order to meet Safety/Quality/Lead Times and productivity requirements.
- Ensure the deployment of SPS principles and implements Lean/6 Sigma tools.
- Represent Manufacturing engineering function within the manufacturing meetings
- Manage the capacities adaptation with the dedicated tools
- Write operator work instructions for training
- Contribute to the development of new products (manufacturability, feasibility)
- Study the feasibility & profitability of investments adapted to the needs.
- Qualifies means and processes, in plant but also at suppliers location.
- Pilots new productions ramp-up

Maintenance Engineer
Responsible for adaptation of the existing process, based on specific delimited know-how.
Main activities
- Enforce safety & health rules & 5S
- Is the expert representative of a specific technology in the plant
- Define predictive maintenance, preventive, corrective complex operations requiring the use of a wide field of expertise
- Decide, prioritise & implement with manufacturing the maintenance actions plan in order to maintain machines original state
- Manage the TPM on the whole process to increase the reliability and availability of workstations, production lines
- Manage the technical aspects for capability of all internal & external tools under responsibility of the plant
- Manage & optimise maintenance costs including spare parts inventory
- Organize the intervention of his team in the implementation and ramp up of new workstations or production line
- Ensure consistency and updating of the information system maintenance (CMMS) (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
Expectations
- Engineering degree (e.g. electrical engineer, automation engineer, computer science)
- solid electrotechnical knowledge and experience (machine maintenance field)
- Experience in PLC programming or other programming languages
- Design software knowledge
- LEAN manufacturing concepts knowledge
- English and Hungarian language knowledge (min. intermediate level)
- Excellent communication skills
